As part of NEOM, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most prominent major developments, Radian Engineering Consultancy prepared and developed final and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings for integrated infrastructure works in a district within NEOM.
Radian’s scope comprised studies, calculations, detailed designs and construction documentation for integrated infrastructure systems. These included potable water networks and facilities; wastewater networks, pumping and treatment facilities; stormwater, flood drainage and irrigation networks; electrical works, high- and low-voltage networks and transformers; road lighting; telecommunications; and firefighting networks, together with multidisciplinary engineering coordination across all systems.
Radian also prepared tender and contract documentation, bills of quantities, technical specifications, detailed estimates, the project schedule and final handover packages, covering advanced design development and preparation for construction.
After Radian satisfied the project’s stringent technical and engineering requirements, the designs underwent technical review and checking and were completed and approved in accordance with project requirements. This demonstrates Radian’s ability to deliver integrated multidisciplinary design packages to the high standards applied to NEOM projects.
