Infrastructure Design and Construction Supervision – Diriyah Project

Building on Radian’s involvement in Diriyah procurement opportunities, the company received another invitation from Diriyah Company to compete for an engineering assignment of comparable importance and scale, this time covering infrastructure and principal utilities. This reflects the breadth of engineering capabilities qualifying Radian to compete for different scopes within the giga-project.

Tender D2-PS26-044 comprises design and supervision services for Infrastructure Package 3, together with supervision of high-voltage (HV) cable works and National Water Company’s 800 mm-diameter principal potable water network.

The scope combines engineering design, construction supervision and coordination of infrastructure and major utility networks, alongside supervision of high-voltage power systems and water mains, within a large urban development environment involving multiple projects and disciplines.

The invitation is particularly significant because Radian has been invited to compete for different engineering scopes within one of Saudi Arabia’s largest developments: independent MEP peer review of building and asset designs and systems, and design and supervision of infrastructure, power and water works. This reflects the breadth of Radian’s qualifications and its ability to compete in both building and infrastructure projects within one of the Kingdom’s largest developments.
