Radian Engineering Consultancy provides specialist engineering services to National Water Company to assess and review developers’ applications for water and wastewater services for their development layouts in the Western Sector. This supports the readiness of development layouts and urban extensions and their connection to water and wastewater infrastructure.

Radian’s scope includes assessing new developer applications; reviewing water and wastewater network drawings, designs and engineering calculations; assessing needs and future demand; verifying connection points and the capacity of existing networks; and evaluating engineering alternatives and solutions to serve development layouts and future extensions.

Radian also reviews and approves design and construction drawings for water and wastewater networks and associated facilities, coordinates technically with stakeholders, reviews clashes, and updates and documents network and development-layout data in GIS, integrating real estate developments with existing and future infrastructure.
